ESCOL CHEMICALS offers products and services that contribute to increase the customer’s productivity in the processes, operations and equipment that allow the transportation of crude oil and derivatives through oil pipelines, polyducts and gas pipelines from the operators’ facilities to the loading and unloading terminals.

Products

Area of application: Hydrocarbon Transportation

Description: Our products reduce crude oil viscosity through different mechanisms such as stabilization of asphaltenes and kerosenes, through the improvement of water/crude interfacial properties causing the breaking of stable emulsions, using surfactants.

Description: We offer high-tech, custom-designed products for your system capable of keeping water associated with crude oil and natural gas free of corrosion and fouling by meeting internationally established NACE corrosion and fouling rates.

Description: We offer defoaming products capable of breaking foam in crude oil, its derivatives and water without leaving residues and at very low doses.

Description: We supply a wide variety of biocides depending on the type of bacteria present, including sulfate reducing bacteria (SRB), the system and the type of current; we have BART kits that allow optimizing the dosage and frequency of application, keeping the bacteria count within the values required by the customer.

Description: We have a wide variety of nitrogenous and non-nitrogenous H2S scavengers that remove H2S in crude oil, gas and water quickly and irreversibly. We also have state-of-the-art technology for injection into the system and to evaluate the effectiveness of the scavenger.

Area of application: Hydrocarbon transportation. Description: Neutralizing and filmic corrosion inhibitors are highly recommended when there is evidence of corrosion in pipelines transporting crude oil, derivatives and/or natural gas.

Area of application: Hydrocarbon transportation.

Description: We recommend the use of dispersants and asphaltene inhibitors when instability of these components in crude oil occurs, causing from production losses to total pipeline stoppage.

Area of application: Hydrocarbon transportation. Description: We recommend the use of kerosene dispersants and inhibitors when freezing of kerosenes in crude oil occurs, causing from production losses to total stoppage of the pipeline.

Description: Either through H2S and mercaptans sequestrants or odor maskers we help to reduce the unpleasant odors that are produced in oil pipelines and docks and that affect their own workers and neighboring communities.

Description: We have Cetane improver additive products and the necessary after-sales service for its application in finished products such as ACPM, low sulfur Diesel, etc.
